Bookings now open

Conference fee for the two days is £75, which includes all refreshments and an evening of artists’ films on the Friday night. To book your place, please complete a booking form (see link on the right hand side of page) and return it with your non-refundable deposit (£15) to Blanche Titterington at Gracefield Arts Centre, 28 Edinburgh Road, Dumfries, DG1 1JQ. Bookings with payment of deposit (£15) will be taken until 4 February 2008, an invoice for the outstanding amount will follow after this date. Bookings with payment of the full conference fee will be taken between 5 – 18 February 2008.

Part-funded places will be provided by the Art and Craft Sector Trade Development Project as follows:
7 places for artists and makers based in Dumfries and Galloway;
2 places for students or recent graduates of further education courses in the arts originally from the region currently studying or residing out with the region;
1 place for an art student currently in further education studying within Dumfries and Galloway.
To apply for 80% part-funded place (i.e. £60) please ensure you have booked your place and paid your deposit (£15, i.e. 20% of the Conference Fee) and submit a CV and covering letter detailing why your practice would benefit from this opportunity to Elinor Gallant, Visual Arts Development Officer by 4 February. Applicants will be informed of the outcome of their application and the part-funding of their place by 8 February 2008.
